By placing an order on snapshottiles.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Products We sell custom photo magnet tiles made from images you provide. Each order is personalized and made to order.

2. Your Uploaded Images By uploading photos, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the images or have permission to use them
• The images do not contain illegal, offensive, or infringing content

You grant us a limited license to use your images solely to fulfill your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate content.

3. Orders & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.

4. Production & Shipping Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping is via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. No Returns on Custom Items Because every order is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at snapshottiles@yahoo.com and we will make it right.

6. Limitation of Liability Snapshot Tiles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

7. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
